Welcome to I Love Reel. These Terms of Service govern your use of https://www.ilovereel.com, our mobile web short-drama streaming service, and any paid digital access that we provide through the site.
By using I Love Reel, creating an account, starting checkout, buying a single-drama unlock, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service and digital delivery
I Love Reel provides digital access to short-drama video content. Some episodes may be available for free. Premium episodes are available after payment. Once a payment is completed, eligible streaming access is delivered through your account or browser session on the website.
Prices and billing
- Single drama unlock: typically $2.99 for access to premium episodes in one selected drama.
- Monthly subscription: $6.99/month for unlimited access to eligible premium short-drama content while the subscription is active.
- Final prices are shown at checkout before payment. Taxes, if applicable, may be added by the payment processor.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel future renewals by contacting billing@ilovereel.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous charges. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.
Refund policy
Because I Love Reel sells instant digital access, completed purchases are generally non-refundable after streaming access has been delivered. We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, technical access failures, or other exceptional situations. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
Content rights and permitted use
All videos, images, text, trademarks, and other materials on I Love Reel are owned by us or used with authorization from rights holders. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable streaming access right. You may not copy, redistribute, download, scrape, resell, or publicly display the content unless we expressly allow it in writing.
Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login information secure. You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or security-harming activity. We may suspend access if we believe these Terms are being violated.
Disclaimers and changes
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Content availability may change over time due to licensing, technical, or business reasons. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page.
