Refund and Cancellation Policy

I Love Reel sells digital access and streaming access to premium short-drama content. This policy explains how refunds and subscription cancellations work for single-drama unlocks and monthly subscriptions.

Products and pricing

Digital delivery

After successful payment, access is delivered digitally through the I Love Reel website. For single-drama unlocks, premium episodes in the selected drama become available. For subscriptions, eligible premium content remains available while the subscription is active.

Refunds

Because access is delivered immediately after payment, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. We will review refund requests when there is a duplicate charge, incorrect charge, confirmed technical access failure, suspected fraud, or another exceptional circumstance.

To request a refund review, email billing@ilovereel.com with your account email, purchase date, charge amount, and a short explanation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can request cancellation by emailing billing@ilovereel.com. Please contact us from the email address associated with your account when possible. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous charges. Access may continue through the end of the current paid billing period.
